Los Angeles Idea House, take 2

remember this home, featured in Cottage Living last year?

well, it's on the market for a cool $2.1 million. R and I were coming back from lunch with friends and went to a few open houses on the way. we decided to check this one out, since it's on our street and all.

it.is.so.effing.gorgeous.

I would die an extremely happy woman if I could live in this house for the rest of my life. but we did meet the realtor who was very nice and she explained that she carries listings all over the place. so I guess inspiration and realtor contacts are advantages to looking at houses that you'd only be able to buy in your dreams.
